Good size room, comfy bed and housekeeping came everyday. Clean. Cafe was really nice & great coffee. Cafe manager was lovely, very friendly and went out of her way to get soya milk in for me. Most staff were really helpful and friendly. Just one or two who were disinterested

I liked the amount of mirrors in the room. They also upgraded us from a queen standard to a king when we got there. The front desk and restaurant staff were ALWAYS kind to me and my friend and made our stay much more enjoyable.

1. The location of the hotel is great- close to good food and shopping options 2. The room and bathroom were a good size for a solo traveller like me 3. The Wi-Fi speed was good 4. Specially the hotel staff member- Samantha was very friendly and helpful

Location was amazing, in the heart of Manhattan. You have hundreds of options within walking distance. Cozy, quiet and everything we needed for our trip. Huge comfy beds, perfect to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Clean room, nice modern bathroom. Very friendly staff. Fast WiFi, good coverage throughout the hotel.

Hotel was very well located in midtown, just a couple of blocks away from The Empire State Building. Hotel was really well presented and very comfortable, most definitely would recommend to others. Suited us as a couple with closet space that was big enough to store our two cases and all of our clothes.

It was in a great location, right next to 5th avenue / a subway station everything was easily reachable. Absolutely huge bed which was very comfortable

Hotel was clean and room on 10th floor was quiet Bed and pillows were very comfortable 33rd Subway station is right outside hotel and very easy to get around

Super comfortable, big bed with lots of comfy pillows. Nice decor. Newly renovated bathroom with great shower pressure. Coffee shop and pastries attached to the hotel was excellent. Close to Times Square, Empire State Building and short walk to Central Park (20 min).
